I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were helpful and attentive, giving me a guided tour of the hotel and showing me all the historical elements. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful building, with an elegant and serene atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The location was perfect, with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It was also within walking distance of all the best sites in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I couldn't fault this hotel in any way.

This hotel is ideally located, offering a fantastic base for exploring. It is situated near the scenic river, providing a picturesque setting for strolling. being in the heart of the city center, guests have easy access to numerous Michelin-starred restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, offering amenities such as minibar, tea/coffee maker, and bathrobes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There were some minor issues with housekeeping and maintenance, as towels, water, and tea bags were not always replenished.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a very clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of great restaurants and major tourist attractions.
Our room overlooked the garbage area and parking lot, noisy and not very pleasant. the check-in process was a bit too formal for our liking.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all my needs for a relaxing stay. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre offered me a full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the Spa lounge and Turkish bath were a definite highlight, along with the sun terrace that provided stunning views. the room advantages were top-notch, with fluffy pillows and a spacious bathroom with private facilities. The restaurant offered delicious dinners with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a quick snack. Cons: the only minor issue was the lack of a library or leisure/TV room, but with so many other amenities available at the hotel, it was not a major problem. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided me with an unforgettable and luxurious experience.
